He began his banking career in 1994 as an inspector at Yapı Kredi Bank, later serving as a branch manager at Garanti BBVA Bank and Citibank. Between 2004 and 2018, He was a member of the investment banking team at Daruma Finance, which merged with the Spanish investment bank Alantra in 2014. During his time at Daruma, Ozden was involved in the development and execution of more than 450 transactions exceeding USD 3.5 billion, focusing on export credit agency-backed financing, subordinated loans, and mergers and acquisitions advisory. Since 2018, he has successfully executed debt and equity financing transactions, including IPOs, totaling over USD 550 million.
